Crystal Wells, LMT is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2013. Following matriculation, she volunteered with the UIC Track and Field team which is where she developed the love for clinical and rehabilitative massage. Crystal prides herself on assessing the body as a whole to tailor therapeutic massage treatment plans that address the pain and target the root of the problem, to not only alleviate the pain, but keep the problem from reoccurring. She does this by using a variety of techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching. In particular Crystal loves deep tissue therapies, but has control over her pressure, and can also give an amazing Swedish massage.

Amelia Sawyer, LMTLicensed Massage Therapist
Amelia Sawyer graduated from Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in 2017. She has been working in chiropractic offices and health clubs ever since and has gained a wide variety of experience using massage to assist in injury recovery, chronic conditions, pregnancy and overall well being. She tailors each massage to the clients needs using a variety of techniques including deep tissue, swedish, myofascial, trigger point, stretching, and thai massage.
In addition to Amelia’s clinical massage training she has also studied and taught yoga classes, studied thai massage, volunteered for the Chicago Marathon, and continues to expand her skills and massage education to better provide for her clients. She is passionate about being part of her clients treatment plan and assisting in a clients relief from tension and pain.
Kenneth Cook, LMTLicensed Massage Therapist
Ken Cook, a graduate of Cortiva - Chicago School of Massage Therapy, has been a working LMT since 2010. As a former NCAA volleyball player who often received treatment for a few nagging injuries, Ken was naturally drawn to the profession because of his interest in the body and the rehabilitative impact that bodywork can have. He fuses several modalities such as Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial and Swedish to create a custom experience for each person with whom he works. After having worked in many different environments, Ken is incredibly excited to join the West Loop Spine & Stability team!
Jackie Mau, LMTLicensed Massage Therapist
Jackie Mau, LMT graduated from The College of Dupage’s Massage Therapy program in 2017 and has been working in chiropractic offices ever since. Working in various chiropractic settings has allowed her to hone her skills treating a wide variety of conditions and populations. Of note, she has an abundance of experience working with high school athletes, pregnant women, elderly patients and weekend warriors. Jackie enjoys working in a collaborative team environment to best aid in healing, rehabilitation and recovery. Jackie utilizes a variety of techniques and modalities to aide in her patient's recovery. Some of the techniques that you can expect in a specially tailored treatment include; Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point massage, myofascial release, active and passive stretching, and Thai massage.
