Crystal Wells, LMTLicensed Massage Therapist
Crystal Wells, LMT is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2013. Following matriculation, she volunteered with the UIC Track and Field team which is where she developed the love for clinical and rehabilitative massage. Crystal prides herself on assessing the body as a whole to tailor therapeutic massage treatment plans that address the pain and target the root of the problem, to not only alleviate the pain, but keep the problem from reoccurring. She does this by using a variety of techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching. In particular Crystal loves deep tissue therapies, but has control over her pressure, and can also give an amazing Swedish massage.
