Crystal Wells, LMT is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Cortiva Institute in 2013. Following matriculation, she volunteered with the UIC Track and Field team which is where she developed the love for clinical and rehabilitative massage. Crystal prides herself on assessing the body as a whole to tailor therapeutic massage treatment plans that address the pain and target the root of the problem, to not only alleviate the pain, but keep the problem from reoccurring. She does this by using a variety of techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching. In particular Crystal loves deep tissue therapies, but has control over her pressure, and can also give an amazing Swedish massage.

Ken Cook, a graduate of Cortiva - Chicago School of Massage Therapy, has been a working LMT since 2010. As a former NCAA volleyball player who often received treatment for a few nagging injuries, Ken was naturally drawn to the profession because of his interest in the body and the rehabilitative impact that bodywork can have. He fuses several modalities such as Sports, Trigger Point, Myofascial and Swedish to create a custom experience for each person with whom he works. After having worked in many different environments, Ken is incredibly excited to join the West Loop Spine & Stability team!
"Zuzy" Maria Villarreal, LMTLicensed Massage Therapist
Maria Villarreal, LMT otherwise known by everyone as Zuzy, graduated from The European Massage Therapy School/Estelle Medical Academy in 2014 and has been working in chiropractic offices and other medical practices ever since. Zuzy has been working in the medical field for 15 years, even before she became a massage therapist. Working in various settings has allowed her to hone her skills treating a wide variety of conditions and populations. Zuzy utilizes a variety of techniques and modalities to aide in her patient's recovery. Some of the techniques that you can expect in a specially tailored treatment include; Sports massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point massage, myofascial release, active and passive stretching, Gua Sha, Cupping, BMT and PNF. In Zuzy's free time she practices and competes in contact sports such as boxing and kickboxing.
Angelica Flores, LMTLicensed Massage Therapist
Angelica Flores is a 2017 graduate of the Soma Institute. Angelica began her massage career working in spas and performing chair massage but quickly learned that clinical massage was her true calling. She has worked in clinical settings in multiple states including; Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois. Angelica finds the greatest satisfaction working in multidisciplinary clinics where she can be a part of a comprehensive team to help reduce pain and restore optimal function. She focuses on 'massaging with a purpose' and treats each patient's individual needs through a combination of deep tissue and/or Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, stretching and other manual therapies.
Victoria JonesLicensed Massage Therapist
Victoria Jones is a 2011 graduate from Rasmussen University where her studies focused on applied science with an emphasis in massage therapy. Victoria has been working in the clinical setting for over 10 years and is passionate about helping patients improve muscle function, range of motion as well as decrease pain through the use specific massage therapy techniques.
Victoria's massage style includes a combination of relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, and stretch therapy.
When not providing massage therapy to patients, Victoria enjoys cooking, crafting, and spending time with her King Charles named Miles.
