Amara EdwardsOffice Manager - (West Loop)
Originally from Champaign-Urbana, Amara has recently moved back to Illinois from Atlanta, GA where she was pursuing her B.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition at Life University. Deciding to pivot and pursue her passion for holistic & root-cause medicine, she is now finishing her B.S. in Biomedical Science to go on to complete her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL. Amara is passionate about food as medicine, spiritual and emotional wellness, and the body’s innate abilities to heal itself. Professionally, Amara has worked in hospitality operations as well as chiropractic offices in both Atlanta, GA and Charlotte, NC.
When she is not hitting the books, Amara enjoys exploring all that Chicago has to offer, although not necessarily looking forward to Midwestern winters again. She enjoys plant-based cooking, strength training, and spending time with family & friends.
Leo MontanoOffice Manager - (West Loop)
Leonardo was born and raised on the Southside of Chicago. Professionally Leo has a strong background, having ten years of experience in the healthcare setting,working in Orthopedics – specializing in the practice of Podiatry as a Medical Assistant, Supervisor and Office Manager.
When Leo is not in the office, he enjoys endurance sports, climbing, and soccer. Leo has completed 12 full marathons and is currently done with 3 out of 6 world majors. He is also in pursuit of and preparing to complete an Ironman next winter.
Chelsea NicholsOffice Manager - (Wicker Park)
Chelsea Nichols is the Office Manager at Wicker Park Spine & Stability. She discovered her knack for clinic management while working in the dental field in Kansas City. After seven years in dental, Chelsea decided to make the jump to the chiropractic field after experiencing first hand the positive impact proper alignment can have on your quality of life.
Growing up playing multiple competitive and now recreational sports, she looks forward to educating patients on the importance of listening to their bodies, focusing on their overall health, and proper treatment of physical injuries to get you on the fastest road to recovery.
Although Chelsea moved to Chicago fairly recently in 2022, she is not new to the health insurance or patient care world, and looks forward to providing you with top quality care. When she’s not in the office you can be sure to find her paddle boarding, playing sand volleyball, or walking her dachshund, Odysseus, to Dunkin’ for an iced coffee and a puppuccino.
