Grace is a dedicated and compassionate pelvic floor physical therapist with extensive experience specializing in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of pelvic health conditions. With advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, Grace helps women of all ages address issues related to incontinence, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, prenatal and postpartum recovery, and other pelvic health concerns.

Dr. Jean Cofino, DPT, Dip. Osteopractic, RAC is a fellowship-trained orthopedic manual physical therapist based in Chicago, Illinois. She brings a dynamic blend of advanced clinical expertise, leadership, and compassionate, patient-centered care across diverse settings, including acute care, outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing, and academia. Dr. Cofino earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Montana and completed her Diploma in Osteopractic Care through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, where she was honored as the Most Inspiring Graduate of the 2024 fellowship cohort. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology at the Augustine Institute, reflecting her commitment to an integrative approach to healing—addressing both body and soul.
Her clinical specialties include spinal and extremity manipulation, manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, and pain neuroscience education. She has also contributed to research as a data collector for a tension-type headache study through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Cofino has served as a college instructor, mentor, and healthcare writer, producing educational content on osteopractic interventions and dry needling. Her passion for service extends beyond the clinic, with active involvement in faith-based ministries, retreat facilitation, and sign language interpretation for Catholic liturgies.
Originally from the “City of Gentle People” in the Philippines, Dr. Cofino carries a deep-rooted sense of compassion and service into her personal and professional life. She is happily married to her husband, who is currently pursuing a career in medicine.
Driven by excellence, lifelong learning, and a calling to restore function and dignity in every patient encounter, Dr. Cofino continues to integrate clinical mastery, leadership, and faith-centered compassion in her professional journey.
Dr. Luis Sanchez earned his Physical Therapy degree from Universidad Del Valle de México, and also holds a B.A. and a Master of Arts in Irish Dance Performance from the University of Limerick, Ireland. Luis’s clinical skills are complemented by his background as a professional Irish dancer (in shows such as Lord of the Dance by Michael Flatley) and dance instructor, enhancing his approach to physical health with a dynamic understanding of movement and body mechanics.
Luis is passionate about orthopedics and sports medicine, focusing on helping athletes and active individuals with their recovery journeys. Originally from Mexico, he values diverse perspectives in patient care, employing evidence-based methods to ensure effective and personalized treatment plans. He is very committed to his continuous education.
Beyond his professional life, Luis enjoys engaging with the arts, actively participating in Irish dance events. In his free time, he explores all of Chicago’s offerings, enjoys concerts and Broadway shows, and savors the local cuisine with friends and family. His goal is to blend his artistic passion and his commitment to health and wellness.
